By opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated SMS messages from Dopest Media LLC via PLO.lol regarding private PLO game scheduling, RSVP links, and location details. Message frequency varies based on game scheduling.

2. Message & Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and plan. Dopest Media LLC is not responsible for any charges incurred from receiving SMS messages.

3. Opt-Out

You may opt out at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you receive messages. You will no longer receive game alerts or RSVP links until you re-register.

5. Eligibility

This service is available to individuals 21 years of age or older. By registering, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and are legally permitted to participate in card games in your jurisdiction.

6. Private Game Disclaimer

PLO.lol, operated by Dopest Media LLC, is a coordination tool for private, social card games held at a licensed card room. Dopest Media LLC does not operate, host, or profit from any poker games. All games are subject to the rules and regulations of the hosting card room.

7. Limitation of Liability

Dopest Media LLC provides a scheduling and notification service only. We are not liable for any losses, disputes, or issues that arise during or as a result of any poker game.
